Exchanges & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date the merchandise is delivered to you but are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 15%.
All returned merchandise must be unregistered, in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all included accessories, manuals, documentation and blank warranty cards.
Please note that we do not accept returns on the following items:
Special Order merchandise that are not kept in stock.
All consumables, including but not limited to recordable media, film, digital memory, tapes, batteries, paper, chemicals, ink, bulbs, CD/DVDs, etc.
Blister-packed items once opened (unless it is defective).
CrispDeals is not responsible for personal information or items left in returned products.
Please inspect your delivery carefully. Any claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise. FedEx and USPS Claims (lost and stolen packages) can take up to 2-3 weeks.
Refunds will be issued within 8-10 Business Days from time of Return merchandise.
All returns must be accompanied by RMA #. Please call toll-free 1-888-729-8819 or email us at CS@CrispDeals.com to obtain an RMA.
All returns must be received within 10 days from the date the RMA is issued. Returns received after that may not be accepted or may be subject to additional processing fee.
Delivery charges are not refundable. If an order with free shipping promotion is returned, shipping charges would be deducted from the refund amount of the return.
CrispDeals.com prices are determined by the cost of the product when purchased from our distributor. Due to fluctuating wholesale costs from our distributors prices may vary daily. CrispDeals.com offers the lowest current price possible.
